All questions from check-in to check-out have been answered here.
If you have lost your key, or left your key in the room, recode a key at the check-in kiosk using your reservation number.
Please be aware, the old key will be deleted once a new key has been made.
Please return all keys to below the check-in kiosk. Lost keys will be charged 10CHF.
We’re doing our bit to save the planet, so bedding and towels will only be changed on requests via the online portal.
